is it to much to ask that people actually show up for their shifts? especially other managers.

i like how the term “Muggle” has evolved to mean someone who is unaware of, or not participating in a group or activity. i just saw it used on a geocache forum, nothing to do with Harry potter, but everyone seemed to understand.
